"Having left commando forces in the UK, I was looking for a course that could help me build on my knowledge and experience of over 16 years in the Military. I was told about ITOTA in America who conducts training for serving and ex military and police forces around the world. After looking round the Close Protection Market in the UK, Israel and South Africa I was astounded to see that nobody was doing any real maritime courses relating to the work I wanted to do after military life, apart from the ITOTA in the USA.

"After completing one of the industries most recognized CPO courses, and working in the corporate market place, I decided I’d had enough of corporate work and enrolled on an ITOTA HECPO to help me get into the Hostile World. The course was structured in a similar way to the course I had done with another provider, but with all the information and training needed for working in hostile environments, I had completed 6 operational tours in my previous military life, and was feeling a bit “out of the loop” and not current.
Over all the course is well structured and very well instructed by EX Special Forces, who knew what they were on about as they had all worked in either Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa or some other hell hole in a HECPO role, and some of the guys had just come back so all the information was current.
If your Looking for HECPO work and feel like you need training then go to these guys (you need to be fit too I was hanging out on day two!!) I can’t believe nobody knew about them, but sometimes the best kept secret... Thanks for a great course and thanks for the job help, oh I forgot to mention I was working the circuit less than two week after finishing the course thanks to the contacts they gave me and the recommendation.
